Here's yet another reason why all Bush Administration statements should be considered false until proven otherwise by painstaking research and invetsigation, and why any claims that the surge is "working" should be subject to the same validation.

I think this little article also illustrates the Current Occupant's ability to create a worldview (or artview) based not on fact, but what he thinks is fact, not from observed, recorded history or CW, but from what he thinks the truth or CW ought to be. Forget research, experts, or even what the originator thought, it's all about perception and the reader's preconceived notions that determine the value or meaning behind something. Complete and utter bull.

This seems redundant, BOA has already led the way in granting bank accounts and mortgages to illegals from MeeHeeeCo to accomplish the same things their outsourcing patent claims to be working around. "high salary, good benefits, a good work environment, vacation time, and other job-related perks such as reimbursement for higher education."
Maybe they're just trying to cover their bases but it seems like they already have a pretty good lead in this area. Maybe Banco Popular was getting a little to competitive for comfort.
